Prevention Specialist
Sitkans Against Family Violence (SAFV) is hiring a full-time Prevention Specialist. This position will assist the Prevention Director in implementation and evaluation of the community primary prevention plan. Basic understanding of prevention work; excellent verbal, written and organizational skills; attention to details; planning, evaluating, public speaking and teaching/facilitation skills preferred. Must have computer literacy skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc; media/publishing software skills a plus. BA/ BS in related field or equivalent work experience required.
