DONATE

SAFV can provide its important services to program participants in part from generous donations from community members. Our shelter is open 24 hours a day and we can accept donations at any time, by mail, in person, or online. These donations assist in moving SAFV's mission forward.

If you would like to donate goods, you can drop them off at SAFV shelter 24 hours a day. There are certain items we always accept and others that we cannot accept. Below are our donation guidelines, followed by an updated list of SAFV's current needs. For questions about goods donations, contact our shelter manager at services@safv.org

SAFV accepts Visa and Mastercard, and after you submit your donation you will receive a receipt by email. You can also mail a check or money order to SAFV: P.O. Box 6136, Sitka, AK 99835, or bring it in person to the SAFV shelter. Monetary donations are tax deductible. If you have questions about monetary donations, contact our finance director at finances@safv.org
